Highly recommend this auto shop! My car was broken into and the door handle and key locks were damaged. Quick turnaround time - got my car back within the week with a new door handle, key lock, and paint job. They also provided a courtesy car.

Not only was I guided through the whole process of contacting ICBC, Connie did all the paperwork, arranged the hire car and generally made life easy for me. This is a very excellent auto body shop. I have been to other body shops from previous accidents in the past, and Coquitlam Express Auto Body is far superior than any other auto shop. They pay attention to detail and treat the cars as if it is their own when it comes to the repairs. They took the time to explain to me what they were going to do to repair my car and how long it would take. They also gave me a courtesy car to use while my car was getting repaired. Not only did they do an excellent job on my repair, but they also did an outstanding paint job and my car looks brand new. If your car needs fixing, this is the best body shop hands down!!!!! I searched body shop near me and found coquitlam Express auto body. I work on weekdays so I had to find where opens on weekends. I found here (close from my house) went here talk to Connie, she knows how to treat customers. Cuz I told her I'm a picky person and she was able to answer all my questions and knows what I want. My appointment was on this morning, dropped my vehicle, and one person from shop drove me to work(close from bodyshop) with his own vehicle.(I guess all courtesy vehicles were out). After i got to work I wanted to make sure she remembers our conversation and she did note it down. After I finish work, went to body shop to pick up my vehicle, color and condition was 10/10. !! I am willing to go back to get my car fixed(if I get an accident) and willing to refer my friends to get their car fixed when they need body work.!! Good pricing good quality prefect customer service!!!!!!
Had an amazing experience here. Took my truck in to get repaired and it got fixed up without any problems! Truck looks brand new, and Jamal who was helping me was great. He kept me posted the whole time on updates with what's being worked on, how it went and let me know as soon as the truck was ready for pick up. Definitely recommend this autobody shop.
